How do I send my photos and details of customisation?

You can mail us the photos and details of customisation to enchanted3dphoto.com or you can whatsapp at 8374101321. We request you to send the high quality pictures via mail for best quality of the product.
Is it possible to modify my order or cancel it?

Enchanted3d.com understands that customers may want to cancel/modify their orders due to inadvertent error while placing orders or sudden change in plans . As most of the orders on Enchanted3d.com are of Personalised nature and are processed immediately on receipt, the customer understands that an order may be cancelled/modified only if the valid payment has been received and the processing of the order has not reached a stage where Enchanted3d.com has already committed the order for personalisation. Such Cancellation/modification will be processed promptly and Amount received will be refunded within 7-10 working days with relevant deductions (if any)(in case of cancellations). The customer agrees to respect the decision of Enchanted3d.com in this regard. Orders received without valid payment will be cancelled automatically unless the same has been accepted for Cash On Delivery service.

What is the Return policy offered by enchanted3d.com?
Enchanted3d.com makes sure that every product undergo quality check before dispatch. Customers appreciate that our products are of personalized nature and once made, they cannot be used by anyone else. Hence enchanted3d.com accepts Replacements and Refunds if they meet the following criterion.
enchanted3d.com values its customer experiences very seriously and should there be a manufacturing defect, transit damage or any other shortcoming from our side, every effort will be made to meet the shortcoming by means of either refund or replacement. Please note that a package opening video is required to claim a refund. Refunds will be processed promptly based on the merit assessment by team enchanted3d.Com. For Replacements, kindly allow us the standard processing time of the product. For refund processing 7-10 working days required depending on the bank processing time.
